Program Inclusions

Your enrolment in Solo Rise includes:

• 4 x 1-hour live group Zoom sessions

• Access to a private online course portal containing supplementary content, exercises, and resources

• Private Voxer chat support for ongoing guidance
  (Samara is available Monday to Thursday, between 9:00am and 4:00pm AEDT)

Delivery Format

Solo Rise is a self-led program designed to support your independence while offering structure and accountability. Each week, Samara will deliver content and guidance during the live Zoom session, followed by an email overview outlining your focus and action items for that week.

You will also receive access to a session recording after each call, allowing you to revisit key lessons or catch up if needed.

The full course experience is delivered through a combination of:

• Live Zoom sessions for direct learning and group engagement

• Online coursework via a digital learning portal, available for you to complete at your own pace

This program is for individual use only. Sharing Zoom links, login details, Voxer access, session recordings, or course materials with others is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Salon Rising reserves the right to update or modify the program content, structure, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Communication and Marketing Consent

By enrolling in Solo Rise, you agree to receive email communications from Salon Rising related to the program, as well as other relevant updates, offers, and educational content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in our messages. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Rising will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or other consequences arising in connection with your participation in the program. Your use of all course materials and program resources is at your own risk.

If you decide the program isn't suitable for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No refunds will be issued after this period. To do so, you must email support@salonrising.com within this 7-day window.

Refunds requested outside this timeframe will not be processed.

Access Period

You will have 365 days from the official start date of the program to access the online course materials and any session recordings. Access will automatically expire after this period.
