Rising Salon Live — Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Rising Salon Live group program provided by Salon Rising, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
Program Inclusions
Your enrolment in Rising Salon Live includes:
4 x 1-hour live group Zoom sessions
Access to a private online course portal containing supplementary content, exercises, and resources
Private Voxer chat support for ongoing guidance
(Samara is available Monday to Thursday, between 9:00am and 4:00pm AEDT)
Delivery Format
Rising Salon Live is a self-led program with added structure and accountability through live coaching.
Each week, Samara will deliver content and guidance during the live Zoom session, followed by an email overview outlining your focus and action items for that week.
You’ll also receive access to a session recording after each call, so you can revisit key lessons or catch up if you miss a session.
The program combines:
Live Zoom sessions for direct learning and group engagement
Online coursework via a digital learning portal, available for you to complete at your own pace

Access and Participation
This program is for individual use only. Sharing Zoom links, login details, Voxer access, session recordings, or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this condition may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Program Changes and Updates
Salon Rising reserves the right to update or modify the program content, structure, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Communication and Marketing Consent
By enrolling in Rising Salon Live, you agree to receive email communications from Salon Rising related to the program, as well as other relevant updates, offers, and educational content.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in our messages. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Rising will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or other consequences arising from your participation in Rising Salon Live.
Your use of all course materials, live sessions, and program resources is at your own risk.

Access Period
You will have 180 days from the official start date of the program to access the online course materials and any session recordings. Access will automatically expire after this period.
